ルルレモンを呼び戻そうプロジェクト

カナダ発のヨガウエアブランド、ルルレモンが東京・青山に日本に初めてショールームをオープンしたがの2004年夏。
その後、青山店、目白店、自由が丘店、名古屋・栄店がオープンしました。
そのスタイリッシュなデザイン、機能的な素材でルルレモン愛好者は増え続け、
今や「ヨガウエアといえばルルレモン」と呼ばれるまでになり、
最近は、ダンス・ランニング・フィットネスといった新たなファンも増え続けていました。
そして、2008年4月「ルルレモンが日本から撤退」のニュースが日本のヨギ、ヨギーニの間に広がりました。
このサイトの意義はカナダのルルレモン本部に
・日本にはルルレモンの強固なファンがいることを"知ってもらう""感じてもらう"こと
・そして日本に対して何らかのアクションが"起きる"きっかけを担うこと
にあります。
「ルルレモンを呼び戻そうプロジェクト?Get Back! lululemon?」で皆さんにお願いしたいことは2つ。
1.年間2,3着はこれからも買いたいよ！という人は署名してください。
2.お気に入りのlululemonウェア着ている写真を送ってください。
我々はルルレモンを日本に何らかの形で呼び戻せることができるのではないかと考えています。
みんなでルルレモンを日本に呼び戻しませんか！

"Operation: Come back, lululemon!!"
In the summer of 2004, lululemon athletica, a Vancouver-origin yoga-inspired athletic company, opened its very first showroom in Aoyama, Tokyo.
Following their success with the showroom, the brand opened its very first street-front retail store in Aoyama, and then in Mejiro, Jiyugaoka, and in Nagoya Sakae area.
With the brand's flattering design and functional fabric technology attracted many lululemon fans almost immediately, and grew to the point where if anyone was ever looking for yoga garments in Japan, they should visit lululemon.
They have expanded their lines and now cater to dance, running, and fitness athletes.
Then, out of the blue, in April 2008, the word spread to all the yogis and yoginis in Japan that lululemon athletica was closing business in Japan.
The goal of this website is:
1. to let the Canadian head office "know" and "feel" that there are fans in Japan that LOVE lululemon.
2. to lead a role that would trigger some sort of action from Canadian end to the Japanese market.
"Operation: Come back, lululemon!!" would like to ask the following two points to our readers:
1. If you know you want to purchase two to three lululemon garments per year, please sign the petition here.
2. Send in a picture of yourself in your favorite lululemon.
We feel that there is a space to create the possibility of bringing lululemon back to Japan.
